Nearly 6 Weeks Ago I Visited The Absolute Dental Office On South Durango In Las Vegas, Nevada!!! On October 24th, 2024 You, Ondrea /Andrea, Self-Identified Office Manager At Absolute Dental Office, Fraudulently Charged Me For A Service That Was NEVER Provided Because The Dentist /Endodontist I Was There Stated She/They Would Be Referring Me Elsewhere!!

I Was Told By This Andrea/Andrea That It Would Be Refunded To Me Within 2-3 WEEKS It Is Now 6 Weeks Later And I Still Have NOT RECEIVED My Refund Due. In The Amount Of $ 135.00. They Verbally Claimed To Have "Mailed" A Check In This Amount To Me On November 22, 2024, Yet It Was Not Mailed " Certified" As No One Associated With Absolute Dental Has A Corroborating Receipt Of This Action. I Have Posted At Length On Facebook And Other Social Media Networks As Well As Filed Complaints Against This Absolute Dental Office With The Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau, Nevada Consumer Affairs And Left Unflattering Comments Regarding The Potential Theft And Endangerment Of It's Patients By Their Desire To Promote The Unacceptable Behavioral Pattern I Will Continue To Pursue This Matter Through Legal Counsel And The Courts Of Nevada As These Cancerous Traits Appear To Be Pervasive Throughout The Entire Chain Of Offices.

I Hope To Have Absolute Dental Of Nevada And All Of Its Offices Tried For Criminal Behavior Requesting They Each Be Permanently Closed And The Various Dental Examiner, Owners. Hygienists, And Office Staff To Find Employment Elsewhere. Also, How Many Customers, Patients, And Insurance Companies Will Suffer Loss And Malicious Treatment In The Hands Of Absolute Dental Offices In Nevada And It's Employees? Is Your Intention To Steal From Every Patient And Insurance Company Claim Through You Before You Are Closed Permanently In Nevada?

THE OWNERS Of ABSOLUTE DENTAL AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!

AbI brought two of my children yesterday. No complaints other than an extremely long visit, approximately 3 hours while others came and went.

My husband and I were scheduled for today. Yesterday I took home the new patient paperwork. I hired a babysitter for today and drove across town. After my exam I was told they only had time to see one of us even though we were both scheduled.

They said it wasnt a guarantee we could both be seen. I asked why I wasnt told when I scheduled or even yesterday when they knew we were coming back. The assistant was rude and stated well then wait and Ill do it in between patients. She said this with an attitude and rolling her eyes.This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

When I scheduled and while here yesterday I explained our insurance was only good until the end of the month.

I would not have hired a babysitter or made a 40 minute drive across town to not be seen with an appointment. Yesterday another patient also walked out unhappy.

I had to move across country earlier this year to settle an estate after my father passed away. My son's braces were paid in full May 2022.

When I informed the orthodontist we were moving he said he'd do extra tightening to hold my son over till he could get a new orthodontist. (This is not what should have been done) No one would touch his mouth with someone else's braces. The one orthodontist that did take a look told me the previous Dr had done more harm than good and my son's teeth would need a break before treatment could continue once they were removed. After months of trying to contact Absolute Dental I finally reached someone local who told me he had an appointment scheduled for July (yet no one had previously notified me).

We flew across country, they insisted on doing x-rays (I'm assuming to decrease my refund), I was told I would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. Now 2 months later after multiple calls I'm told they had no record of previous calls. Last week I was told the office manager Claudia was being emailed and told to contact me within 48hrs... they owe me around 2k probably, I spent money I did not have at a time that was completely inconvenient and yet still I am unable to get a refund or even a phone call from the Carson City office.

If your child needs BRACES DO NOT GO HERE!!! My next step will most likely be to contact an attorney

They had removed my front tooth and they said it was my baby tooth but my adult tooth never came in and I also had braces but they said my treatment was over because I missed a lot when they would change my appointment they didnt do much to my teeth they still look the same. My health insurance covers my braces but they told me I could continue my treatment for 8-9 months but I would have to pay my bottom teeth.They messed up my smile Im never gonna have my teeth because of they did I have 9 years my tooth never come in I dont recommend getting youre teeth pulled out at a young ago so it doesnt happen to others

I have been involved with the Craig and Simmons offfice since June of 22!!! It is always something with them!

To make a long story short (besides all of the other unprofessional things in the past), I am truly sick of this particular office! The ONLY one that is ALWAYS professional is Tila! Today I had an appointment for 10 am, I arrived @9:50, signed my consent form and waited. I noticed right off there were some extremely loud ROCK music playing in the back of the office (totally unprofessional), anyway, waited about 20 minutes and was called back, only to sit there until 10:57, to listen to the LOUD ROCK music, nobody checked on me the entire time.

I get my consent paper and take it to the front to Tila, and inform her that I had a 10 am appt, and to reschedule me. She apologized several times (like she always does for the other staff), and rescheduled me for the first patient to be seen on tomorrow.

The visit was a waste of my TIME and GAS! As soon as I can, I will switch to another office, this is unacceptable for not just me but for anyone!

So, I get two front teeth removed in February which made is truly hard to eat. I didnt get seen again until April.

Then they scheduled my next visit another month out. May 5 th my appointment was at 3:30. They called me 30 minute before my appointment to cancel. I come in the next day for more work on my replacements and they schedule me two months out.

6 months just to receive replacements. They are so booked out. Its Ridiculous. They never answer the phone.

And I have to wait almost a hour to be seen. The lady at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. And seemed almost happy to tell me I had to wait 2 more months for my next appointment.

Its difficult to eat and I just want this experience to be over already. Its very stressful and Ive had it with absolute dental.
